The Opportunity
SunPower is literally changing the way our world is powered. This year we will generate over 400,000 residential leads from various marketing channels. These leads are qualified through our internal call center and turned into qualified solar appointments and eventually into solar sales.
As a key member of the demand generation business at SunPower, you will have broad responsibilities to ensure our email marketing programs are delivering quality opportunities with improving unit costs and expanding program revenue. This particular role will be focused on our growing database of potential customers in various stages of consideration. You will partner with other members of the demand generation business, internal call center, marketing and sales teams and report to the Director of Demand Generation.

You have knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends as well as strong experience working within Eloqua as an email automation platform. Your familiarity with SalesForce as a CRM tool is critical with SalesForce Marketing Cloud a bonus. SunPower is growing our demand generation engine rapidly and needs experienced, creative and entrepreneurial lead generators to help us build this engine. Will you join us?
What You Will Do
- Manage and build the overall email marketing strategy
- Build creative and successful email lists and campaigns
- Create and design various CTAs and email templates
- Test every campaign's success
- Determine email marketing KPIs
- Own the strategy as product owner
- Develop and present reports on a weekly basis
- Develop a lead generation strategy , sell the concepts up the chain and execute
- Create smart email lists that target our demographics and personas.
- Analyze data to get smart insights
- Present a plan to develop methods for improvements
- Identify, organize and update existing email communications
- Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions
- Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
